  • Making Use Of Water For Energy

Our bodies and the earth are made up of one core thing – water. In both the cases, 70 per cent of water is involved. The time has come that we need to reduce our usage of non-renewable energy resources like petroleum and coal. And increase using renewable resources that are unlimited and can be used any time of the day. Water bodies absorb a lot of solar energy, but they also produce tons and tons of energy within a short time. Only 0.2 per cent of energy created by the ocean turbines can fulfill the demands of the entire world’s energy consumption. The only thing is that this energy is yet to be tapped to the maximum.

The oceans can produce energy from waves and tides. It is known that the power created by the tides is very much predictable as well as dependable. Tides are high twice in a day due to the gravitational pull of the moon causing flood tides, which gives an output of strong ebb tides. During this time, the energy produced is very high. To track this energy and conserve it for future usage, research companies are laying ocean turbines.

World Energy Research is a research company that believes in tying up with major energy and investment firms to get the latest technologies and methods and provide people with better and low risk investments under the proper guidance of investment experts. The productive energy projects are easily available across the globe. Some of the profitable energy projects are solar centers, oil and gas, wind mills, ocean turbines and clean coal.

Power generated by moving water with help of electric generator, called hydro power is a great and cost effective source of energy. Historically people used the power of rivers for agriculture and wheat grinding. As water is vital for our life so we should avoid those processes by which we have to face its shortage threat in coming future.

Main uses of water in the power industry is to cool the power-producing equipment.we use water to create electricity is by the changing of tides. The water intensity of electricity generation varies considerably, depending on the fuel source and the technology used.
