Recieving VTV4 only with DV3 Mpeg2 Recvr

I have a DV3 Mpeg2 Model 2800/3700 receiver and a 20" dish.
Can I receive the VTV4 from IA5at 97deg with this equipment?
I only want VTV4 at this time.
It was originally programmed for an Satellite 119 TP13.

Probably not. The 20" dish is probably too small for IA5 (it might work, but not likely). Also, the 20" dish probably has a circular polarized DBS lnbf on it, which will not work on IA5. The 119 sat has a stronger signal. I'm not familiar with the DV3 receiver you mention, but assuming that it is a DVB FTA receiver, it's probably OK, but you'd need at a minimum a new LNBF and probably a bigger dish. Most people use at least a 30" dish on IA5, and a 36" or 1M dish would be better.
With your equipment you can pick up some audio channels, NASA, GOL, and some other occasional things that go FTA on the DBS sats.
