CAN SOME BODY HELF ME HOW TO PROGRAM THIS RECEIVER I TRY TO
PROGRAM THE VTN4 CHANEL, I HAVE THE REG. FORTEC START AND
WATCHING THE VTN4 RIGHTNOW ,I TRY TO PROGRAM THIS ONE BEFORE
PUT UP A DISH FOR MY MOM HOUSE. THANK IN ADVANCE.

You mean VTV4, right? Enter this information in a transponder edit screen:

frequency = 11,966 MHz
polarity = HORIZONTAL
SR = 22,000

Then scan that transponder and you will receive VTV4.

yes i mean the vietnamese chanel, but would you show me
the step by step to set it up , my receiver is STARTTEC URTRA LIFETIME
I try to input the # in there but couldnot do it , i mean the receiver is not
take it , i don't know what i did wrong. please help. THANKS

You add that transponder data I gave you in the "INSTALLATION" / "EDIT TP/SATELLITE" menu.

Or even just do a blind search (power scan) and it should pick it up.
