Sound issue with VTV4

Does anyone has the problem with the sound on this channel? I did a power scan on the sat. and turn to the channel, the sound is so messed up that I cound not understand what they say. Picture seems ok. I know that before they switched the frequency in June, I can hear and see this channel fine. Please help as I don't know where else I should turn to.

BTW, here is my system specs:

36" Fortec Star
Lifetime Ultra Reciever
A motor

We have noticed that problem as well. It seems to be an issue with the satellite uplinker. Try these two solutions - both work at our shop on several makes of receivers:

1) Using the remote, change the AUDIO setting to either LEFT or RIGHT; not STEREO or MONO.

2) Use the red and white audio/video output instead of the RF OUT; this works on 90 % of the receivers we have tested.

Hopefully the crappy audio will be back to normal soon.

Hmmm... just checked both transponders. The picture is frozen showing four guys and a chick sitting around drinking beer. :mozilla_cool:

Guess VTV4 is having "issues" once again...

It is fixed now! .. isn't it?

Chit like this happens sometimes .. from time to time (not too often though) on other channels as well..

VTV4 is back to normal audio. They fixed the problem.

Seems like VTV4 is experiencing poor quality audio again. Just happened after the transponder change yesterday. Solution is as per above; use the "AUDIO" button on the remote control and change from STEREO to LEFT or RIGHT. This will clean up the audio quality.
