Is it Vietnamese?

is ITVN channel - that just got uplinked yesturday to DISH Network yesturday (61.5 and 148 location .. channel 585) .. is it Vietnamese by any chance..?

If not i am wondering if it's maybe some sort 2nd Polish ITVN channel.. DISH has one ITVN Polish one already...
(even though there are rumors that it could be Vietnamese.. and EPG location of it is among oriental channels)
