STRONGE FREQUENCIES

I WANT HOOKUP HH MOTOR AND MY TRUE SOTH IS GALAXY 10R (123.0W) SO PLEASE ANY HELP FOR STRONGE FREQUENCIES FOR THIS SAT. THE OTHER THING I GOT 45.5 N AND 122.5 W. I AM CONFUSE WHICH ONE IS LONTITUDE AND WHICH ONE IS LATITUDE. I AM THING 45.5 IS LATIUTE AND 122.2 IS LONGTITUDE.
ANY ONE MAKES FOR EASY WILL APPRCIATE.
