VBS & IBLIVE Ok - No VTV4

I was hoping someone could help me out with getting VTV4.

I have the following setup:
36" - 39" Dish
CNX Trio
Universal LNB (Universal 1 in CNX setup)

When I am searching for the satellite using the CNX trio and the default TP frequency, the signal and quality are at 95%. However, with TP 11966 (VTV4 TP frequency) the signal is 90% and the quality is 0%. I was able to scan in over 200 TV channels and many radio channels, but I cannot seem to get VTV4 (VBS has excellent quality and IBLive is around 50-60% quality but shows as a subscriber channel and no picture / sound is coming in at the moment - it was working earlier this month).

If I have a good signal from the default TP frequency should I not be able to get all available TP's including 11966 for VTV4?

My friend's setup has VTV on TP 11965 using an older Pansat 2500 clone receiver.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rumor has it that VTV4 is using a much, much, much weaker satellite and IBLive has moved to different (pay) satellite altogether

Yeap u are right on "If I have a good signal from the default TP frequency should I not be able to get all available TP's including 11966 for VTV4?" because VBS is on TP= 11714-V-22000 va VTV4 is on 11966-H-22000. Sometimes u get the VBS it doesn't mean u can get VTV4 too. So u have to adjust or tweak your LNB a little bit in order to get VTV4. Or u can use strong TP like 11215 then go back to get tp 11966. I was able to tune in VT4, Saigon TV and VBS by adjusting my satellite ever so slightly and changing the LNB from Universal to 10750. Even with a very high signal and quality the TP's were not seeing any channels until I changed the LNB type from Universal to 10750.
