IBLIVE TV started trial broadcasting on 8/16/08 and officially broadcasted in September from Galaxy 25, 97 W, 12122 Mhz(H), 20.000Msps. There are 3 ways to watch it: by satelite, IBLIVE top box, or internet. More information on Dân Tộc Việt Nam - DanToc.net or IB HD Video Player - IB LIVE TV Fullscreen HDV Skin, it has 6 programs(Chu+o+ng Tri`nh online only) to choose from, but only first program is functioning at this time. Don't forget reading great news on Dân Tộc Việt Nam - DanToc.net too. Please share your opinions after watching it.

tried catching this channel, bad signal reading, but i'm able to catch vtv4 tho and moving the dish might cause me to lose that channel. please any advice would be appreciated.

You can try skewing your LNBF to see if your Q improve. If you live in California, turn the LNBF counter-clockwise (standing from behind the dish) at the same time, look at meter or receiver to know when the Q peaks.
