please, help me!
Hi,
I've just got Orion Satellite. They came and set it up for me, then I can watch VTV4. But after 1 week, I can not watch VTV4 any more. I look up channel list, I could not find VTV4 channel anymore. Now, I can only watch other channel ( laoTV3, thai, Russia....), but I can not find VTV4 on my channel list. It disappears. I try to reset like:
Antenna: Intelsat5
LNB Type: Nomal Ku
LNB low: 10750 MHz
Transponder: 22(11966)
22K: OFF
12V: OFF
DisEqc: OFF
LNB Power: 13/18

It always helps if...
you tell people where you are (city and country for starters, but latitude and longitude are better). Also, what make and model of equipment you are using. This should include the receiver, the LNB, and the antenna.
My first inclination would be to have the people that set this up for you come back and finish the job. Not only should the installation have been reliable, they should have left you with information on how to use your equipment to do some of your own troubleshooting.
Folks here will try and help, but please provide the information that I asked for.

Hi, my recieve is Orion DVB 2500, disk: orion 75 cm (30 inch), LNBF & LNB: ORION FEED Standard Ku 0.5 dB LNBF. Also, Latitude: 29.9966 N; Longitude: 95.6786 W. Is it enough information? Please, help me! thanks!

to receive VTV4 you may need a larger dish as it is on a weak TP I use a 36" dish with no problems.

Hi,
But I already got VTV4 since I first got my system. Now, the problem is I can not see VTV4 channel on my channel list anymore, while the other channels such as: Russia, Middle East,... still can watch it. Anyone knows how to fix that? Please,help me!

it may have gotten deleted by accident try rescanning for it to see if it comes in.
