Please help setup the dish to receive VNmese TV channels

    Hello,
I am a "new kid in the block".
I am currently living in Montreal, Canada.
    I have a CoolSat5000 FTA receiver.
Please help me on the following questions:
    1) What more equipement Do I need besides:
    - dish (what size?)
    - LBN (What kind?)
    - Cable (what size, what kind?)
    2) How to setup the dish easily ??? (I've known my dishes' angles and elevation).
    3) How to scan the channels?
    3) What is blind scan??? how to do the blind scan???

    Thanks,
P.S. Sorry for my English. Over here, people (and I) speak French.

Dish size I would recommend a 90 cm at least.
lnb would rcommend a ku linear Invacom SNH-031 is a good one.
    cable would recommend RG 6.
