Is there any way to receive these 3 channels without subscribing to any of the basic programs? Does Dishnetwork offer any of these programs?

All you need is the "basic" pack which is 9.99...lets say Dish carried them. Without a package they charge 6.00 "just because" so for 3.99 more you get a heckuva lot more channels
