VTV4 Minnesota

I have BEC BD6600+CI. Any one can help me how to complete installation for VTV4. I am in Minnesota, City of Minneapolis. I am getting Strenght and Quality in white bar not in yellow signal.

We need more info.
1. What is your dish size?
2. What satellite does the dish aim at?
3. What kind of lnbf are you using?
If your dish aim at Telstar 5, try to got to the transponder menu, then scan this transponder:
Freq 12177, Vertical, SR 23000.

This is a 31 inches Fortec Star dish size.
Satellite at West 97 degree.
Standard 0.6 dB Single LNBF

Hoa,
Go to the setup menu to check if the VTV4 transponder is preprogramed.
If not, you need to key this info in:
freq 12177
Vertical
Symbol Rate: 23000
Then scan it.
I don't have the Bec 6600, so I can't provide you exact steps.
Do you get other channels on T5 OK?
What kind of T5 channels have you gotten so far?
