Your calculations are almost correct: I got 217º Azimuth or 229.3º compass reading for your location, for 101W.
Tune your receiver on TP1 (11708 V SR 2170), this is strong one, if it's not down yet: when I come home tonight, I will check.
Then, if you are getting 97W already, from that point move your whole dish assembly 6º to the West (like 1 min. on a clock: 6x60=360º), and about 4º up the dish elevation scale.
Hope this helps

I'm living in Northern Ohio and just sue up 101 for my frend in Buffalo NY 2 weeks ago.No problem here in Ohio or W.NY.Signal of 101 very strong for 30"dish(69-89% on TP 12120 VPTV).You should get good reception of 101 in PA.

I picked up VPTV just fine in Pac NW,but found the picture quality quite poor.. (or maybe it was just that particular show I was watching at the time), but the picture was quite fuzzy/not clear like other regular FTA channels.... it was even worse than VTV4 picture quality. but again, maybe that one show I was watching on VPTV just had a bad/old camera when the shot the show... oh well.
