The way I use the Channel Master is in conjuntion with a spectrum analyzer. I use the spec-a to get quickly in the arc, and use the CM for final confirmation. It helps me learn the "look" of each birds spec-a signature which was difficult due to the fact that the "Spectrum Shots" at the Vincor website are like 2 years out of date.
The CM really save me time and trips to the roof.
One problem noted: When on G11 Hoz. the CM doesn't identify it as FOUND SAT. I have to use the bird next to it.
