DishTV receiver dialing out over VOIP

DishTV offers a $10 reduction in my monthly bill if I have my receivers connected to a phoneline 24/7. Not a problem except my VIP222's some times can dial out, sometimes can't. Dish says to add "*99" as a dial out prefix but that doesn't help. They also recommend using "Max" bandwidth on my Vonage Lynksys router. Again not the cure to my problem. Has any forum member successfully configured their DishTV system to work with their Vonage system? Would appreciate some help...Thanks! Randy
