HELP!!! PLEASE?

I bought motorized Lifetime choice set and I can't point to ANY satelite with it. I live in Seattle, WA and used sadoun website to find settings that I need for satelite. But I can't figure out what I have done wrong. I am getting 60%-71% signal strength but no quality. Is there are an easy tool to help me point to G10R? It is very difficult to go back an forth the house and the dish. Any help will be great! Please?

I would not recommand to tune the dish without the receiver close to it, especially for the h-h installation.
1. Make sure you have everthing setup correctly:
* h-h mount elevation
* dish elevation
* azimuth (don't forget to +/- the magnetic deviation)
* LO (depend on the type of your ku lnbf, universal: low 9750/high 10600, standard 107500)
* for true south sat, G10R, skew is set it 0
* Make sure the rotation indicator points at 0 when aiming the dish to G10R
* pole must be perfectly vertical.
* Use active transponder when tuning the dish
