Can anyone tell me how to edit the satellite.dll list?

When Twinhan software version 2.608 is installed, for the Twinhan 102G card, it puts every satellite in the universe in the list. I have no need for information on satellites that are not in my look zone.

The software for the Twinhan VP 1020A, version 2.2 had an additional program called SDXMan that would let you edit the satellite list. I can't make SDXMan work with version 2.608.

Can anyone help me out?
