help...plzz!!


Hi guys,i've bought a fortec system from u guys,36'' dish and i have a SG2100 motor,i've followed all the instructions on your site to install the equipment,latitude,elevation on the motor and dish,true south and everything seems perfectly right,i have a very clear line of sight here but i'm not getting a signal above 30 percent,i'd really like for u guys to give me a little hand here,i've spent 24 hours straight on this and i seem like i can't get it to work...........thanks a lot

one more thing,when i go outside i can move the motor mannually pushing the bottom but inside from the remote,it says that the antenna is moving but is not outside,help plzz

1. Ensure you wire cables correctly.
2. Check out the cable connection. One member here had problem moving the dish. It turns out that the connection causes the problem.
3. What type of LNBF you have? Standard or Universal? Set the LO correctly according to the type of LNBF
4. 30% of signal of what? strength or quality? Please clarify this.
5. Did you set the receiver to 1.2 Diseqc mode? In order to move the dish, the receiver needs to be set to this mode.
