LNBF tilting problem

I got this Fortec dish with Satcruiser receiver. The LNBF can not be tilted, it can be rotated but that does nothave any effect. I am not getting any signal even though my elevation/azimuth OK. Please help any exp person.

You need to be patient to align the dish. DVB ku signal is weaker than DSS/Dishnet, therefore tunning the dish is harder.
What sat are you trying to get locked?
1. Make sure you set the LO correctly. What type LNBF you have? Universal or Standard?
2. Regarding the AZ, did you +/- manegtic deviation?
3. Tunning: move your dish slowly (up,down,left,right). 1/2 degree at once, wait for fews seconds so that the receiver has enough time to get locked.
