Starbox Help-NO USALS Option

I have a Twinhan Starbox, and have been using the software that came with the Starbox...I have also an SM3D12 Motor Dish mover with my 90 cm dish.

The problem is I cannot set up the USALS format for the dish. The software has it as an option originally, but the moment I connect to the LNB, the USALS option disappears...

This came from Twinhan support. Strange lanquage usage is from Twinhan (I cut and pasted from their email).

USALS is not supported in the 2.4 software, only the 2.6 which does not play well with their USB product.

I not only had problems with the USALS, but scanning any channel at all on an existing well peaked system.

Sadoun people were great about helping me. I finally went with the PCI version. However I have a AMD 64 3000+ CPU.

Hardware decoding on the Starbox would have been nice if they get the USALS fixed.

Sorry for your inconvenient which you encounter.

For USALS setting, you did check with our US client, they mentioned some satellite can not locate precisely.

It should be some driver control problem

We will fix it soon.

Hi guys I have the same problem when connecting the LNB the USUALS selection disappears is there a solution yet
