Twinhan Starbox Sat Receiver has no card

I have spent some more time trying to get this installed without much success. When I crank it up it still tells me "USB Sat card not found" and next error message is "LNB is on"

I got the help program up and it also mentions a card, "Twinhand Starbox
DTV Card and suggests removing it from the slot and inserting it in a different slot".

I am confused now with the card situation and need to know if a card is required? There was no card with the unit I purchased from Sadoun. I would appreciate Sadoun taking an interest in my problem. Any help will be appreciated.

The help file must have been designed for the PCI version of this receiver. The mfg might have not updated the file for the USB version.

Make sure you plug this to an active USB output on your PC/Laptop. An active output will provide voltage to the receiver.
