I don't have the USB receiver, and hopefully someone who does can help more, however I'm guessing that by "USB Sat Card" it is referring to your receiver. Ie the program isn't detecting that you have the receiver connected to the USB port for some reason. Something similar to this happened to me with the PCI version of the receiver once, and I had to uninstall, delete the whole directory with all files, and re-install to get it recognized.
And a complete guess.... some USB ports are powered and others aren't. Some of my laptops have one powered port and one without power. Maybe the
Twinhan requires a powered port and you are plugged into one without power??? You might try switching USB ports.
