Bobkat, thanks for your prompt reply.
As you may know, I have a PANSAT 2500A with a WINEGARD antenna. Doing a smart search, I'm able to get a few viewable TV channels and 3 radio stations. My guess is that the "smart search" on the PANSAT must be a "blind search", that is the way I was able to succeed with my
installation. Now my question, if you know about the PANSAT, is how do I manually enter the frequencies?
Do I have to enter them on every transponder based on LYNGSAT information, or the "smart search" procedure is good enough?
How about the SKEW setting on the PANSAT, do I leave it at 45 or -45 depending on the polarity?
One last question in reference to TAN-TV, I'm receiving it poor and the signal breaks and pixelates. All other channels are near perfect.
Texas KUIL-TV breaks once in a while, it is 90% good.
Do I need additional tweaking? Is that normal on KU?
Thanks for your patience and willingness to help.
On the other hand I hope my questions will help other members.
