Coship CDVB5300B multiple satellites

After installing antenna (to see T5) and searching channels (on T5), I would like to search channels on G3C. Do I have to install antenna again, or can I go straight to channel search? Thanks.

First you must set up the receiver to work with the motor. Then you must store G3C as one of the satellites. Next you must configure the receiver for the current transponders on G3C. Then do a channel search.

Thanks. I have "set up the receiver to work with the motor," by going into the "Install Antenna Menu" and choosing the first satellite (T5), LNBF, Diseqc, etc. Then, by going into the "Channel search" menu, I found the channels on T5. Here is my question again, specific to the Coship CDVB5300B receiver. To "store G3C as one of the satellites," do I have to go back to the "Install Antenna" menu, or can I go directly to the "Channel Search" menu (or some other menu)?

I don't know Coship receivers all that well but with any receiver you need to select the satellite prior to searching for channels. So I would say yes you should select G3C in "Antenna Setup" or "Edit Satellite" or whatever the menu choice is for your receiver. Most menus are pretty straightforward to figure out.

Thanks. I now get G3C and T5. But no luck so far on Telstar6. The list of transponders (built into the receiver's software) seems incorrect. Editing the list (for example, to: tp5, frequency 11829, polarization vertical, symbol rate 20508), Bloomberg TV) does not help either. What is going on?
