Has anyone tried the following TV antenna?

It sounds almost too good to be true (non-directional, low profile). I live in a town house, so no large antennas or roof mounts are allowed. I'm wondering if anyone knows how well this'll perform close to ground, i.e. on a tripod behind a dish and next to a wall.
Unfortunately, antennaweb.org shows that most of my stations are on the other side of the building (2 stories high) so I'm not sure how mounting it low will affect it. Also, all the good stations seen to be just under 25 miles away, so they show up in the red and blue zones.
By the way, how is analog TV reception? thanks
