How to set the reference satellite

I think the installation is the KEY issue related to FTA system.

I buy a motor system with HH100 and 90U dish and ultra blind search receiver, try to get some free Chinese programs for my parents. But the installation is not going quite well. I spend a whole day and still can't get the system running. I would reconsider my choice if I have known this before I purchase the system.

Here is the case, I get every parameters right:
My zip is 02148 and my Latitude: 42.4N and Longitude: 71.1W, my dish elevation is: 23.4 and my rotor elevation is 42.4 same as Latitude, my true south is 197 according to the calculation to the sadoun site.

Now, I point my 1st satellite to the SBS6 which is 74W using USALS after I talking to technical support, I can not get any signal qulity, the I move the rotor to G13/H1 using USALS which is far west, during the move, I happen to catch G3C which is 95W and get very good singal quality (80%) after some fine tuning. Here is my question:

In Ultra Blind Search receiver, how can I just set this Sat. as reference point if it already get a Satellite? If I put back to USALS again the dish will move and almost can not manually move back to find the bird again. Can the device readjust itself when there IS a catch and recalculate the arc inside? If it can do this, this will be great help to ease the hassle of installtion. Now, all I can do is set to use USALS again the the dish will move and once it stoped, I almost can not get the signal back by moving the dish MANUALLY back to the original position.

Any advise? The fortech dish is really bad at identify itself to point to true south. All I did now is draw a line in a BIG piece of hard paper and match ROUGHLY with the line of mask, LNB arm, rotor middle line. But this does not work well as minor deviation will cause the dish lost signal. Moving the 20 pound dish/rotor in the mast is not fun at all, the dish manufacture really need to put some kinds of teeched wheels in the post to ease the task of installtion adjustment and this will not cause much to the cost which will help the hassel while not demage the mast when installation.

Appricate any advise and help. Thanks.
