pansat pf-7600

I have tried to find the info on several forums but cant find the info. Trying to catch Satmex 121 & Galaxy 10r with a Pansat 2300a and 30" dish witha a PF-7600 lnbf. What settings in "installation" would I use for this particular LNBF.......eg

standard or universal?
Frequency?
22Khz On or OFF
etc. etc. etc.
