Installed Multi-Switch...can't get some channels

I recently installed a multswitch (3X4) and hooked up 3 receivers. All seemed to be in order until further review. It seems that I am not able to receive blocks of channels. Example, I can receive 200's and 900's but not any in the 300's. The picture is fine on what can be seen. However, this was hooked up to a older dish that only has one feed coming from the dish. The dish has been upgraded with a dual-LNB but still only has one lead from the dish. I noticed the multi-switch has 2 places for satellite input. I randomly choose one of them. Could this be the source of my problem?

Dual LNB should have 2 leads. you hook both leads to the lnb port 1 and port 2 on the switch. That way you can get both vertical and horizontal frequencies on different receivers.
