Very New to fta

Hi ,
We are located in Waterloo , Ontario Canada and are attempting to set up FTA. We are having the following problems.

using Arion AF-1500e with disecqC 1.2 capabilities.

with HH-100 Stab rotor.

with Dishnet - expressvu lnb single.

1. Rotor will not rotate even in manual mode.

2. signal was always at 85 % found that we had lnb power turned on that was affecting it. After turning off was fine . still can not locate telstar5.

what could the problem be if the settings are set to disqc1.2

what is the proper setting for the type of dishnet lnb we have 10750. that info we located from another place in your forums.

hey i said 1 week to set this up so far we have 7 hours into it .hehe.

well just a little update the reasoning for no signal on my unit was that we had plugged the satellite cable into into the reciever after we powered up the unit. YOU MUST I REPEAT MUST PLUG IN THE SATELLITE CABLE TO THE RECIEVER "BEFOR" YOU POWER UP, if not you will recieve a fake signal and no quality or nothing at all.

BEST of LUCK
