COSHIP CDVB2000E

I bought the Coship CDVB2000E in Jan. 2003. As it wasn't pregram with T5 frequency, I input the freq. supplied on this Site as per instructions. I am still trying to lock in to Telstar transponder freq. 12084 V SR 23145.
I am like totally helpless and out of resources. Is there anyone out there who alo bought the same system and don't mind sharing your achievement with me?
