sg2100 with a 33" single LNB

i get no movement out of dish, when i choose a channel or different sat.
I HAVE a MAX 2000 reciever.
I can manually move dish by the button on the motor, but that is about it,

i'm not sure about the declination.
i live in batesville ark. my location is 35.78614N 91.63519W
THEREFOR MY az. 209.5837-ELE. 44.11176 should be 110 sat. but i get the message no signal.
totally new at htis so keep all replies REALLY ,REALLY SIMPLE please.
