Lifetime Ultra hh90 Need help

I am new fta. Need help for dish point without Quality 0% on AMC4
I just have Fortec star Lifetime Ultra system and hh90.
My Location: 33.752756 N, 117.991312 W

P = 50.8
Polar-tilt = -0.4
Az = 179.5 and true sounth = -14 ----> so 165.5
El = 50.8 - (45 - 33.75) = 39.55

My fortec star system works fine now with AMC1,AMC3,T5... but 110w, 119w without signal (low level and no quality).

110w, 119w are not FTA satellites. They have few promotional channels and some free audio channels. It also requires a different LNBF.
