SAT switching problems

Hi all,

I'm subscribed to DN with intl option so I have 1 dish 500 pointing at 110 and 119 and 1 dish 300 pointing at 148 all going to 1 DN receiver and all is working fine.

I've added an old oval DTV dish pointing at 91 to get French FTA TV and Radio channels.

When I connect each LNBs (91,110,119 and 148) directly to my 2500a receiver, I can get the FTA stations no problems. I run separate cables from the dishes to the 2500a and DN receivers so I don't need to combine the signal.

But when I connect the 4 LNBs to a pansat 4x1 switch connected to pansat 2500a receiver that's when I get weird problems.

The connection is as follows:
91 to DISEQC #1
110 to DISEQC #2
119 to DISEQC #3
148 to DISEQC #4
(all LBNs are dual, 1 port goes to the 4x1 switch, the other port goes to DN switch)
I'm pretty sure I've got the settings right on the receiver.

-I can switch stations between 91 and 148 back and forth no problems.
-I can switch stations from 91 and 148 to 110 or 119 no problems
-When I'm on 110 or 119, I can't swith to any other SATs eventhough the signal shows 80% or better. The screen shows bad channel/station.
-When I'm on 110 or 119, the only way to swith to a different SAT than itself is by turning the receiver off and on. What's the deal???

I've tried 2 different pansat DISEQC switches with the same result. The dishes are about 20 feet from the receiver so I don't think it's a distance problem. The 4x1 switch is next to the dishes.

Meanwhile the DN receiver works just fine with all the intended tv channels.

Thanks for your help.
