Is there another dish to recieve sat 121 singal beside superdish 121? anyone would care to share your expert knowledge.

Echostar 121W is a Linear satellite, so a universal linear LNB should pick it up no prob using a ku band dish. Assuming you have dish reciever and programming ordered.
