The only lnb I have used with the 2500a is the disknet lnb , I suppose the LOF sitting would be a good place to start to get the linear P1705Ku LNB to work , I want to get satalites like AMC 3,5,7 Gaalaxy 5.7 and others. I also have a 12' C-band dish I would like to use with the pansat 2500a.Thanks for any info you can give me .

After reading that list, I bet he will be more confused than ever. The list is for those who live in Asia, Pacific Rim and The Middle East....
In N. America:
Circular: sats located at 61.5, 82, 91, 110, 119, 148 and 157W.
The rest are linear.
For circular, any DishNet or DirectTV lnbf will work, LOF is 11250
For linear, either a standard or universal lnbf will work.
LOF:
for standard: 10750
for universal: low 9750, high 10600
