Strong signal on dtv but no signal on 2500A

I have a triple LNB DTV dish. I get strong signal on DTV 101,110&119 using DTV receiver but hook it up on 2500A to get 110 & 119 got no quality signal at all. What are i doing wrong? anyone please share you knowledge.

check your elevation...could need a minor adjustment.

do some searching.... isn't a directv triple lnb's internal switching electronics not compatable with FTA receivers?

I think this item was discussed before. I'm too lazy to search.

I could be wrong too.

pmb1010;..YES!!..you are 100% correct.I have a triple lnb DTV oval dish...but w/o the built in multiswitch.My mind phart ASSumed he had the same type...probably NOT the case.cheers.

It's the LNB setting. Make sure the lnb is set to Standard and frequency is 11250

Thanks for all the reply. check another site there is information about it. it require modification to the lnb.
