Fortec 180cm Dish and ExpressVu LNB?

Does a 180CM C/Ku Price Focus Dish Antenna FORTEC STAR Model FS6D will work with a dual LNB Legacy for Bell ExpressVu?

If yes, do I need to do any special adjustment to the arm or LNB holder on the Fortec dish in order to make this work?

Finally, does that dish can be intalled on a wall or it absolutely must be installed on the ground? What does mean Polar mount? On a pole? Sorry, English is not my first language...

Thanks for your answers.

Good Gawd Man !!!!!

Why would you think you need a 1.8 meter dish for Bell ExpressVu. Even if you lived at the North Pole probably a 1.2 meter would be good enough...

No, the legacy LNB will not fit the Fortec 1.8 M without significant modification. That dish is designed for ground mounting only.

Well, exactly, this is because you don'y know where I live!

Then, where could I find such Dish? 1.6 or 1.8 meter for use with Bell ExpressVu and that I could mount on a pole or on a wall? Any idea?

Well then... just where do you live?

I don't know of any dish over 1 meter that you could mount on a wall. Some of the old C-band dishes (5 or 6 footers) were sometimes mounted to a chimney but I sure wouldn't advise it. Sadoun carries 1.2 and 1.8 meter Fortec dishes - I think - haven't checked his products lately.

Yes they would. But it wouldn't be too hard to do. Or...you could get a fiberglass Channel Master dish with a circular polarity LNB. That will work for ExpressVu.
