Help with Twinhan 1020A and HH100 motor

I have a Twinhan 1020A and the HH100 motor. Which connector on the card do you connect the LNB to? I tried the top connect (LNB IN) and nothing happens (no signal and no motor control).

With the bottom connector (LNB Out), I am able to control the motor by telling it to go East, West, and to Zero. The Goto to Sat function doesn't work. I'm able to get AMC 4 by manually driving the motor but I can't seem to get other Sat. I'm located in Dallas.

Thanks for any help.

Did you enter your longitude as a positive or a negative number? With Twinhan's software, correct longitude for Dallas would be -96.8

Hope that helps.
