SG2100 Problem with LNB Skew

Hi,

I am in Toronto, Canada and I have setup with FTA system (Fortec LNB, 90cm dish, BEC 6600 and the Moteck SG2100 Motor) Looks like I am on the arc as I can receive T5, G10R, T7 and two channels only on E1. The installer that put up my system has no experience with FTA and HH Motors. He has left my LNB skewed horizontally and I have never seen or heard of this. I cannot receive some transponders on T5 and E1 and I cannot find any other satellites. I am thinking that the skew is incorrect. Due to the position of my install I can only go as far East as approx Nimiq1 @ 91 degrees and I can go West through the entire arc.

Can someone please tell me what the correct SKEW for Toronto Canada on a hh motor should be and how I would go about adjusting my LNB setting ??????

Please HELP!

For all HH motorized dishes, the LNBF should be straight up/down (Vertical) for any and all location worldwide. No titl is required of the installation of the motor/dish is correct. As the motor turns East/West it will tilt the LNBF automatically.

Usually the LNBF will have some angle markings on the top side of it. Keep it at zero.
