I have been trying to install a Fortec Star (31") dish for two weeks now, but I can't get any signal quality. I try to aim at T5, and all I can get is 82% signal level; If I don't make a mistake, I remember at one point it reached to 84% - but no quality. Do have a bad LNBF? Or is it because I don't have a wide frequency range for my LNBF? The range is 10.7 ~ 12.75GHz.
