Tech Support? What tech support???!!!
I am writing this in a last ditch effort in hopes that someone will notice it and reply.
I am quite disappointed with this site (excluding the forums as they are quite helpfull) with their complete LACK of tech support. I have emailed sadoun several times (beginning Aug 4th) and have yet to get a reply. I also have filled out a RMA form and again have not received notice of its status.
WTF!!! Are you not at all concerned with selling defective equipment?
I have also emailed Fortecstar through their site and guess what? They have not replied either. This entire issue is disgusting me. Here I am with a bad HH90 motor that only worked long enough to break and it looks that the only way to get a new one is to buy the damb thing. I refuse to do so from this site. If I do go and get a new motor or any other hardware it will not be from Sadoun. Before this incident I was completely satisfied with the service I received I even referred several of my friends to the site. But with Sadoun completely ignoring me how can I be the LEAST bit satisfied with their tech support?

YOu only mention that you emailed them. Have you tried calling and asking to speak to someone? I'm not sure how many people Sadoun has working for him, but I'm pretty sure it is not a big number. KEep trying to call and you'll get to talk to somebody eventually (maybe even Sadoun himself).
I don't think that he is out there to ignore you.
I have been satisfied so far with Sadouns service. I had few unreturned calls, but eventually everything worked out.

Sorry to hear about your HH90 issue. We have had no major issues with this motor. What is up? If you completed the RMA form within the 30 days return period, you should have gotten a response promptly. Make sure you send a message to support@sadoun.com
Since the HH90 is a new motor, we appreciate users feedbacks so that we could ask the mfg to fix any bugs you may find with it. So far, we are impressed with it.

I sent the rma request right after my last post. I have also emailed sales@sadoun.com with the same information in hopes they might read the request and inform the correct department that they had defective hardware.
I have sent the request again. Maybe now I will get a reply now that Sadoun is involved.
I am sure this is a great motor but if I could get a different (proven reliable) model in its place I would be grateful.

My Jury is still out
I have had emails ignored at the sales area, my wife sent them in. Once I got onto this site however I have to admit there seems to be reluctance to blame equipment even with all of the posts related to HH90 issues. Right now I am trying to figure out what to do next. I am hoping service will inform me how to return for exchange. Or perhaps someone can explain how to do testing on receiver or motor to verify which is dead. Installed for 1.5 months...or less...this is a little sad right now...not to mention my wife is making my life hell...she wanted this thing...i am really regretting the motor

i fill your pain. he get's your money and jump's thru hoops and small print and new return rules to keep it. but this is a good site.

Do you have facts to backup these accusations?
There is a thing called warranty and return policy. Sadoun honors both as it is advertised. In my personal experience there is no better retailer out there.
Try returning a computer to Best Buy if you didn't buy extended warranty and after your return period has expired. They will laugh at you.
Again, no need to make accusations like this.

BTW, you can access our return policy from almost every page on our website. It is right there on the left hand side on the menu. - I don't see any small print, do you?

- Maybe you bought from a different site and you are confusing us with them.

Only to nitpick, it was changed from
No returns after 30 days

This change in policy affects us that send a payment of personal check.
By the time the mail gets to you, check clears, shipment happens and receipt of product, most of the 30 days are already up...
