What channel are you looking for in particular? We need to know if you are interested in C band or Ku band. Ku band only has Cubavision, C Band has more programming.
For Ku, depending on your location, you need to use universal lnb and at least 31' dish. For C band, you need one of those big dishes. I don't have C band so I can't advise on minimum size dish for C band on pas9.
