It looks like it has a strong signal to the Eastern part of the USA. See the footprint here:

If the footprint is true you shoulb be able to receive the signal with a 30" dish.

Thanks for answer.

One more question:

My elevation for Atlantic bird is 5.27 º .

On my dish for elevation, I see is first number 20 º ???

How I can setup elevation on 5.27 º ?
