Need Help! SAMSUNG DSR 3700

I have a Samsung DSR 3700 model,how do i proceed to get free air channels. It doesnt need a card, it was used for european channels but that went out couple months ago,now im wondering if i can get Dish channels or whatever channels i can get. I tried to mess with it, didnt really get nowhere, would i need to program it.. Can someone please help, i just need to get staired in the right direction
