Setup 33" dish for telstar 5

I have a question about setting up a 33" dish to get telstar 5. My dish does not have a skew option, should i need to rotate my LNB, if yes how to rotate it relative to skew angle ( example plorization tilt = 22.9 degree )

Thanks for all response

Yes, you need to rotate the LNB and not the dish. If you have a positive polarization value (your example is +23 degrees) then you would rotate the LNB counterclockwise as referenced from facing the front of the dish.
