Need help setting up T-55 Toroidal Dish

I am in the process of setting up my T-55 dish but I am confused when setting up the LNB's prior to putting them on the rails. What is the correct setting? L10, R20,0....???
I just don't know. I do know that my zip code is 34223 and that my coordinates are supposed to be
elevation = 42
azimuth = 235
skew = 135

I will be locating Dish 110 and 119 as well as Nimiq 91 with the use of a meter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

[edited by bobkat: please no mention of those illegal receivers, even as a short form. thanks.]

The only thing I know about those torroidal dishes is you need special reverse reflecting LNBs; I assume you have them when you bought the dish. Other than that I can't help you. Perhaps some other members have actually installed one of these beasts cuz I sure haven't.... :shock: and I'm not sure I want to....

Seriously NFL, here is some data I dug up. What it means I'm not exactly sure... :roll: but it seems to address your initial question.

You also have PM :wink:

Settings
The following set-up is for the North America area only.

The following is the most popular settings used by our customers.

Toroidal 55

Satellites
Compatible LNBF

82W* Nimiq 2 M20R
91W
Nimiq 1
M20R

101W
DirecTV 1R/2/4S
M20R

110W
EchoStar 6 or DirecTV 6 (Sat C)
M20R or C10R

*82W is possible, but it is a little more difficult to align 82W~119W with T55 for strong signal.

You want approx L20 (for 91), R0(for 110)and R10 for 119. The exact spot can vary by +,- 5ish, depending on location. Use a Satfinder to nail down the signal strength. Make sure you also line up the LNB holders according to the above 3 grids on the bottomof the holder. If you purchased the t55 from the manufacturer you can fill out their form on the website and they email you the exact coordinates. The grids on the holders stay exact and only the placement on the rail changes by location.
