Help Please

after I select the proper sat. and I scan them and the channels are loaded I get a screen saying "Please wait downloading info" Then it says "please load info"

What am I doing wrong? It worked last night and then this.

I tried the factory reset and that didn`t help.

Any suggestions? :?:
