Nahuel 1 from CA

I am trying to get Canal Luz (11799 V 2.300) on Nahuel 1 (71.8W). I can maintain a signal level of 74, but quality flucuates: either 99 or 10, nothing in between. Weird. It is actually watchable though. What is causing this? Any sugesstions? I am at 120W 36N. Thanks all.

My Ultra quality signal bounces between 99 and 10 when the azimuth
is off just bit. Even here in Kansas City that signal is a little flakey.

Thanks for the reply Lintond. I should have left it alone. I went out started tweaking, I got to where quality was a little more stable , next thing I know, I am off something terrible on my other satellites. I think I moved the mount. Anyway now I am all jacked up. Jeez I'm not even supposed to get that satellite. Anyway, tonight I will start over.

Where is the dish,, on the ground -- or way up high.. That sat should be
fine for CA, PAS9 would be difficult.
