FTA ST-1000 How to put the receiver back to factory default?

I change the video system from NSTC to Pal and now all I see are lines going down my tv. I can access the menu but I can't see what it says. I have a FTA ST-1000 receiver. :?

If you have access to a black and white TV (who does nowadays?) you will be able to see the menu and switch the output back to NTSC.

You might be able to find a portable 5" B/W TV at WalMart, Big Lots, or other store for around $15-$20.
