What is P = to

I live in Toronto Canada.
Using the calculator for Stab motor I get
Lat 43.4
Long 79.23
Lnbf 0
p 39.1
Azimuth 180 + 10 for deviation 190

My question is P 39.1 or 39.1 minus lat =16.6

Dish Elevation = P - (60 - latitude)
39.1 -(60-43.4)
39.1 - (16.6)
39.1 - 16.6 = 32.5
Is this correct?
Dish Elevation = 32.5

All this is assuming the mounting pole is absolutely vertical.

Yes; that is the most important of anything.

It will be mounted to a tv antenna tower that is perfectly vertical.
Thank you for your help.
